With so many vineyards being planted in the UK, wine tourism is a hugely growing sector. We are excited to be a part of this exciting industry and we are looking at ways that we can offer unique experiences to our visitors.
Wine & Wellness Days
Currently, we are running 'Wine and Wellness Retreat Days', this involves guests taking part in a Pilates or yoga class, swimming in the lake, warming up in the hot tub. Followed by a delicious two course lunch, cooked by our chef Sue, the food is paired with our white and rosé wine. After lunch we explore the vineyard with a wine expert and then head back to the lake for a fun sensory activity. The day ends with bubbles from Henner's Vineyard and home made cake.

We are also hosting pop-up dining events by the lake, these events have been a blast. We partner with catering vans Punk Tacos, Rascals Pizza and Big Pig Catering, who park up next to the lake, alongside our bar. So guests can sit by the lake with a glass of wine and slice of pizza.
The event is very family friendly, we've created a little kids zone, so the children can safely play together, near where their parents are sitting.
We are also serving beer from Lake Down Tap Rooms and local ice cream from Simply Ice Cream. So really keeping it local!
