Sourdough Bread and Wine Workshop, Saturday February 21st,2:00-5:30pm.
Sourdough Bread & Wine Workshop at The Secret Vineyard with Noa Lachman.
Join us at The Secret Vineyard for a unique hands-on workshop that blends the art of sourdough bread baking with the science of winemaking. Led by sourdough baking expert Noa Lachman, this immersive experience will introduce you to the fascinating—and sometimes mysterious—world of yeasts and natural fermentation.
Learn how to create, nurture, and bake with your own sourdough starter, discovering the secrets behind the perfect crust, crumb, and flavour. Noa will share her expert techniques, tips, and stories that bring the magic of yeast to life.
After the baking session, unwind with a guided wine tasting of Secret Vineyard’s wines. Explore how yeast, the same remarkable microorganism that transforms dough into bread, also plays a vital role in fermenting grapes into wine.
This workshop is a celebration of craft, flavour, and fermentation—a perfect experience for food lovers, wine enthusiasts, and anyone curious about the natural wonders that bring both bread and wine to life.

New Hatha Yoga Class
We are thrilled to announce that a new gentle Hatha yoga class will be starting on November the 6th, with Sam Austen (connect with Sam on her Facebook page), taking place in the Geo Dome and then moving into the main building during the colder months. £10pp.
Sam’s based in Bexhill and is an expereinced and nurturing teacher, qualified through Yoga Alliance Certification, Sam is also a Registered General Nurse(RGN BSc).
The class will be gentle Hatha style gentle yoga, with a holistic approach for all abilities, beginners welcomed.
Hatha Yoga is generally suitable for all levels because it involves postures and foundational techniques, making it accessible to beginners, older adults, and even experienced practitioners.
Hatha yoga is a traditional, foundational branch of yoga that emphasises the physical and mental balance between body and mind through a combination of postures (asanas) and breathwork (pranayama)
The term "Hatha" literally means "force" but also combines the Sanskrit words for "sun" (ha) and "moon" (tha), representing a balance of active and calm energies. It typically involves holding poses for several breaths, making it a slower-paced practice that is often suitable for beginners.
If you are interested in joining this friendly and relaxed class please email Sam directly: yogawithsam1@hotmail.com or call on 07773 036405
