Wellbeing in the Wild is an opportunity to enjoy classes taught by local professionals and therapists in a beautiful, outside setting. It is also where the serenity and wildness of nature, meets the health-giving benefits of yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, lake swimming or meditation.
Group classes take place on the decked banks of the beautiful spring-fed lake, or you can book a private yoga or Pilates lesson in the beautiful ÖÖD house.
Take part in a retreat day where you’ll have the chance to get back to nature with outdoor yoga or Pilates; walking in the ancient woodland, wild swimming followed by a session in the lakeside wood-fired hot tub and delicious brunch or lunch.
